This list includes all properties designated as "fix-up" in our MLS, and the most recent additions are shown first. If you wish to tailor or refine the search parameters, just click on "Refine Filters" from the menu near the top right, and fill in the selection values that you desire. To make certain that you get the FIXERS, select the "Advanced Search" tab, then click on Search Filters - General, then Condition, and you will see a checkbox for Fixer.  Just check it and go.

This list includes all properties designated as "fix-up" in the Denver metro area, and the most recent additions are shown first. If you wish to tailor or refine the search parameters, just click on "Custom Search" from the menu near the top or on the left side, and fill in the selection values that you desire. To make certain that you get the FIXERS, select the "More Filters" tab, then scroll down a bit and you will see a checkbox for Fixers just below Condition near the right side.  Just check it and go.

Please keep in mind that the "Fix-up" description is somewhat subjective, and that you may or may not consider it to be so.  The best advice that I can give is to make an appointment with us to see it in person, then make your own decision.
