Currently Renting?

Are You Currently Renting, and Feel That You Are Not Able to Qualify for a Mortgage Loan?

If so, please read on.  This could change your life.

First, let me get this out of the way.  This is not a “credit repair scheme”, nor do you have to pay me or my company any money for anything.  I will not try to sell any kind of program to you, and I will not try to hook you up with people who promote programs.  I am a Realtor.  I help people buy and sell homes, and I want to help you buy a home of your own, if possible.  That’s all.

It’s no secret that Denver area rental rates have been going up dramatically.  This upward trend has been going on for several years, and has been caused or contributed to by several factors.  I won’t go into detail on this page as to how this came about.  I’ll write something on that later.  What I want to cover here is the opportunity that exists for renters to become homeowners.

I believe that everyone has a desire to own their own home.  This is based on observation and personal experience.  If you’re a renter you may feel that you may not be able to buy for one or more of several reasons.  It could be a bankruptcy or a foreclosure in your past, or any of some other credit challenges.  It could be that you feel that you don’t have a substantial enough down payment, or maybe you feel that a mortgage payment would be higher than a rent payment.

I encourage you to re-evaluate your situation.  Make a list of why you feel that you can’t get a mortgage.  Then consult with a real estate professional, because things have no doubt changed.  The waiting period after a bankruptcy or foreclosure may have elapsed.  Your credit score may have increased.  Down payment requirements have changed such that a lesser amount may be necessary, or down payment assistance may be available.  Interest rates have come down from some previous levels so that the monthly mortgage payment could be lower than your current rent payment.

These are all factors that can help you, but you need to take that first step.  Once you do, then we can develop a plan to help you become a homeowner.  Take that first step now.  Pick up the phone and call me at 720-277-9001 or fill in the information in the form below.  You will be better for it.

So, is it time to get started?
